Do I need prior stunt or martial arts experience? No prior experience is required! This class is designed for actors of all levels who want to learn the fundamentals of performing combat safely and convincingly for the camera.

What should I wear? Wear comfortable, flexible clothing you can move easily in, think workout attire. Closed-toe sneakers are required. Avoid jewelry or accessories that could snag or cause injury.

Will we be doing real fight scenes? You’ll be learning the technique behind stage and screen combat, including punches, reactions, and basic choreography. Everything is done with safety as the top priority, there will be no full-contact fighting.

Is this class physically demanding? You’ll be moving a lot, but it’s beginner-friendly. Expect light physical activity like footwork, controlled movements, and practice drills. If you have any injuries or limitations, let us know before class.

Will I get footage of my work? Yes! You’ll have the opportunity to film short sequences so you can review your work and use it as a learning tool for future roles.

How long is the class? The introductory session is 2 hours and includes instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on practice.
